Holt & Ogden, LLP has a winning track record in Court with very difficult cases. John M. Ogden has over 17 years experience in trying cases. He successfully battled one of the largest corporation in the World, Walmart over its proposed superstore planned for Cape Horn Road in Windsor Township because it failed to meet the reasonable requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. Attorney Ogden recently won a not guilty verdict in a criminal jury trial involving a DUI charge. John Ogden is a Member of the National College for Defense Defense. See NCDD.COM. Attorney Ogden appears in Court on a regular basis.
Farley G. Holt recently won an acquittal in a very sad homicide case involving a child. He essentially proved that the father was not the cause of the child's death. Attorney Holt has never lost a homicide case in his 19 plus years of practice.
